Its Fall Fashion Week which means we are focused on fall trends all week! First up, resident celebrity makeup artist, the great Eve Chen, dished with us on makeup trends that you can expect to see this upcoming season. Chen (who is currently working hard at New York Fashion Week) said that fall make trends will definitely be “strong and bold” this year.
